This semi-detached house, located on a quiet street near one of London’s most historic garden squares, became the setting for a multi-phase interior and architectural package delivered by PELHAM & Co.

Our work began with the full design, fabrication and installation of a bespoke principal dressing room with an adjoining en-suite, followed by a complete guest bathroom fit-out. As the project evolved, our scope expanded to include roof works and the transformation of the loft into a new master suite, complete with bedroom, balcony, dressing area and en-suite bathroom.

Further works included the redesign of the main family bathroom, basement tanking within the front vault to create an additional guest WC, and complete redecoration throughout the property. We have since been appointed to design a fully bespoke kitchen and are also providing interior design services for the main reception room and living space.

All joinery was designed and made in-house, ensuring complete control over every detail. The result is a refined, cohesive interior that feels both tailored and timeless — seamlessly integrated into the architectural fabric of the home.
